Construction Documents

During this phase technical drawings, details, and specifications required for the permit approval and construction are prepared.

• Coordinate the drawings and specifications of consultants: structural, geotechnical, and mechanical engineers, interior and lighting designers, and landscape architect

• Prepare technically and dimensionally accurate drawings to enable construction and conform to industry standards and governmental codes for permit approval

• Prepare specifications to augment drawings to enable accurate bids and avoid costly mistakes during construction.
